Visitors Code of Conduct

We are committed to making your Trinity Square experience as welcoming as possible, so we have a few simple site rules to keep everyone safe and happy:

  • Intimidating behaviour towards visitors, staff or retailers is not acceptable
  • Crash helmets should be removed upon entering the centre
  • Groups of four or more may be challenged and asked to disperse
  • Unsociable behaviour, including swearing, shouting or any behaviour that could be detrimental to a family environment, is not acceptable
  • Dogs MUST be kept on a lead. Assistance dogs only in indoor public areas
  • No ball games
  • Riding bikes, scooters, skateboards or rollerblading is prohibited
  • Photos, videos or drones are prohibited without permission from the centre management
  • No smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol on site*. *Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas and alcohol can only be consumed in licensed premises
  • No begging or rough sleeping anywhere on site
  • Acts of vandalism will be reported to the police
  • No leafleting, canvassing, interviews or surveys unless agreed by centre management
  • Selling goods without permission is prohibited anywhere, anytime
  • Busking is allowed with prior permission from centre management in line with our busking policy
  • Please always keep an eye on any children in your care at all times
