We are committed to making your Trinity Square experience as welcoming as possible, so we have a few simple site rules to keep everyone safe and happy:
Intimidating behaviour towards visitors, staff or retailers is not acceptable
Crash helmets should be removed upon entering the centre
Groups of four or more may be challenged and asked to disperse
Unsociable behaviour, including swearing, shouting or any behaviour that could be detrimental to a family environment, is not acceptable
Dogs MUST be kept on a lead. Assistance dogs only in indoor public areas
No ball games
Riding bikes, scooters, skateboards or rollerblading is prohibited
Photos, videos or drones are prohibited without permission from the centre management
No smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol on site*. *Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas and alcohol can only be consumed in licensed premises
No begging or rough sleeping anywhere on site
Acts of vandalism will be reported to the police
No leafleting, canvassing, interviews or surveys unless agreed by centre management
Selling goods without permission is prohibited anywhere, anytime
Busking is allowed with prior permission from centre management in line with our busking policy
Please always keep an eye on any children in your care at all times
