Bidding Process

All bids must be written clearly.
Bidders must write their full name and contact information alongside their bid.

Winning Bid

The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner.
Winners will be announced at the end of the event or notified via contact details provided.
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.

Payment

Payment must be made in full as soon as possible after the winner is announced.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified by the organisers. All money will go to Tiny Lives.

Item Collection

The item can be collected once payment has been made within 14 days.
If item is not paid for or collected within the specified time, the organisers reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder.



Item Descriptions

All items are sold “as is.” Descriptions are provided in good faith but without warranty.
Values listed are estimates and not guaranteed.

Liability

The organisers are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of auction item.
Bidders participate at their own risk.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the auction organiser’s decision is final.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the auction will be used solely for the purpose of administering the auction and will not be shared without consent.
